Overview:

World of Futuring™ is a groundbreaking Life Park that combines the elements of a theme park with the goal of helping individuals discover and live the purpose of their lives. It addresses the limitations of traditional retreat centers and amusement parks by providing visitors with the mental clarity of a retreat center and the enjoyment of a theme park, while equipping them with the tools and action plans to create clarity, purpose, alignment, and enjoyment in their everyday lives.

The park features attractions commonly found in theme parks, such as roller coasters, zip lines, water parks, and live performances. It also incorporates elements of a retreat center, including accommodation, healthy dining options, and therapeutic services. However, what sets World of Futuring™ apart is its emphasis on allowing individuals to think creatively, break away from conventional norms, and pave their own paths while experiencing the park's attractions and amenities.

At the heart of World of Futuring™ is Futuring University™ (F.U.), an educational campus that exists both online and in-person. F.U. offers a curriculum created by individuals for individuals, covering a wide range of disciplines and allowing learners of all ages to reawaken the joys of learning. The main teaching approach is through hands-on practical exposure, where students actively participate in various projects within the park, aligning their education with their desired paths.

Futuring Cafe™ is the on-site restaurant that serves food designed to enhance cognitive function and overall well-being, promoting a "Cafe of the mind" concept.

World of Futuring™ encompasses various brands and projects, including Wizard Wear™, Futuring Animation Studios, The Standing Yeshiba, and Pele Pele Press for Book Publishing. Additionally, it is being developed in the Metaverse with a strong Web-3 presence, featuring its own cryptocurrency token (FU Coin/Token) and NFTs that provide ownership rights in different aspects of World of Futuring™.

The next steps for World of Futuring™ involve the purchase and construction of the physical park and structures, alongside the development of the Web 3 presence. Partnerships with governments are established to secure tax benefits, sales, and prestige for the areas hosting World of Futuring™.

Over the next five years, the focus is on building the physical park and establishing a presence in the metaverse. Milestones include the creation and launch of the FU token, book publishing, and filming a documentary to market the location and adoption of World of Futuring™.

The marketing strategies encompass podcast interviews, social media engagement, influencer marketing, partnerships with other NFT projects, and potential collaboration with streaming services like Netflix. Government funding and grants are sought, with private support available as a backup plan.

Potential obstacles include access to government funding, legal issues with land acquisition, delays due to natural disasters, and the need for a dedicated and focused team.
